Official blazon
English White; a fess wavy blue theron the face of a pirate moustachioed proper with head scarf red spotted white earrings gold holding in his mouth a cutlass silver hilted black.

Origin/meaning

Favoured Weapon of Pirates and Men-of-War alike. The badge was approved in 1971.
