(de) In Rot ein mit rotem Futter ausgeschlagener silberner Spangenhelm mit goldenem Halskleinod und goldenen Beschlägen.

The arms were granted in 1901.

The arms show a canting helmet, which already appeared on the oldest known seal of the town, dating from 1748.
