Escudo de vermelho, leão rampante de prata, empunhando na dextra um feixe de três setas de prata, atados por uma fita de ouro perfilada de negro, sustido por uma ponte de prata de três arcos, ameada, perfilada e lavrada de negro, movente dos flancos e saínte de um ondado de prata e azul em ponta. O escudo circundado pelo Colar da Ordem da Torre e Espada. Coroa mural de cinco torres de prata. Listel branco, com os dizeres a negro " AMARANTE ".
