Official blazon
(de) Auf schwarzem Grund einen doppelschwänzigen, rotgekrönten und rotbewehrten goldenen Löwen (Kurpfälzer Löwe), in der linken Pranke eine goldene Weintraube haltend und in der rechten ein kleines Schild mit schwarzem Gemerke* aus dem alten Gerichtssiegel von Dorsheim vom Jahre 1653.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted in 1974
The arms show the lion of the Pfalz, to which the village historically belonged. The lion holds a grape for the importance of viticulture, and a small shield with the local village sign. This symbol was seen on the seal of the village from 1653.
