Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on August 3, 1982.

As no historical seals or arms were known, the arms were designed in 1982. The lower half shows the local church, dating from the 11th century. The upper half shows a falcon for the village of Falkenbusch in the municipality. The rose is the symbol of Martin Luther and symbolises the importance of Lutheran colonists for the development of the village.
