Escudo de vermelho, com um pano de muralha ameado, de prata, lavrado e frestado de negro, firmado nos flancos e movente de um pé ondeado de três tiras de azul e prata; em chefe, cruz da Ordem de Malta, de prata. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro: “ LEÇA DO BALIO “.
