- Helmteken: 'n Swart fakkel, rooi gevlam, tussen twee disteblomme geblaar van natuurlike kleur.
- Wrong en Dekklede: Goud en swart.
- Wapenspreuk: PROGRESSIO ET CONCORDIA

Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on January 6, 1972.
The black field and thunderbolt alludes to the coal mines and the fact that one of South Africa's first coal-fired power stations was built in Glencoe.
