Von Blau und Gold schräglinks geteilt. Oben, aus dem oberen Schildrand hervorbrechend, eine strahlende Sonne, unten zehn stilisierte, in drei Gruppen von zwei, drei und fünf Gliedern zusammengestellte Möwen im Flug in verwechselten Farben.
