Escudo de ouro, báculo episcopal de púrpura, posto em pala entre duas lisonjas de negro; em campanha, fole de azul, guarnecido de negro e realçado de prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ POUSAFOLES DO BISPO”.

The arms were officially granted on June 6, 2003.
