Escudo de azul, em faixa uma corda de prata movente dos flancos, com dois nós, o primeiro à dextra sustendo uma palma de ouro, o segundo à sinistra, sustendo um pé de três flores de ouro, folhadas do mesmo e botoadas de vermelho; brocante, torre torreada e sineira, rematada por uma cruz, tudo de ouro e iluminado de vermelho. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ VITÓRIA - PORTO “.
