PODBANSKÉ
Province : Prešov
District (okres) : Poprad
Municipality : Vysoké Tatry
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The two sheep represent the villages Liptovská Kokava and Východna, to which the area around Podbanské historically belonged. The sheep also represent the former sheep rearing in the area. The base is canting, the name means 'under the mine' and the tools represent the former gold and copper mining.
