EFFINGEN
Canton : Aargau
Incorporated into : 2022 Böztal
Official blazon
Geteilt von Rot mit weissem Flügel und von Weiss mit fünfstrahligem rotem Stern über grünem Dreiberg.
Origin/meaning
The arms were adopted on April 22, 1953.
The arms have been used since the early 19th century. The wing is probably derived from the arms of the former Amt Schenkenberg, the origin of the star and mountain is not clear.
