SCHAFHOF
State : Bayern
District (Kreis) : Coburg
Incorporated into : 1971 Ahorn
German | Über einem in Spitzenschnitt von Silber und Rot gevierten Schildfuß in Blau ein golden bewehrtes silbernes Schaf. |

Origin/meaning
The arms are officially granted on December 29, 1954.
The sheep (Schaf) is a canting element. The colours are those of Bayern. The base shows the arms of the Lords von Lichtenstein, as the village developed around a sheep station of the Hohenstein Castle, which in the 14th century belonged to the Lords of Lichtenstein.
