De sinople au lion d'argent armé, lampassé et couronné d'or, au chef d'argent chargé de trois aiglettes de sable. L'écu surmonté d'une couronne de marquis et supporté par deux lions léopardés tenant des bannières, celle de dextre de sinople à un lion d'argent, armé, lampassé et couronné d'or, celle de senestre aux armes de l'écu.

The arms in the Koffie Hag/Café Hag albums +/- 1930

In the early 19th century the village applied for arms, but these were not granted, only a seal with the text Plaatselijk bestuur van Marche lez Ecaussinnes was granted in 1823.

The proposed arms showed a star (see below), the meaning thereof is not known.
