French | D’or à trois chevrons de gueules, à la fleur de lis d’azur brochant sur le tout. |
English | No blazon/translation known. Please click here to send your (heraldic !) blazon or translation |
Origin/meaning
The chevrons are taken from the arms of the Counts of Hanau, to which the village historically belonged. The fleur-de-lys is the symbol of St. Mary, the local patron saint.
