Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on June 26, 2015.

{{mThe lily is a symbol for the local patron saint, St. Pétronille. The rose thus is also canting, as the name of the village is derived from the saint. The fleur-de-lys is taken from the arms of the Tilly family, lords of the estate of Escarboville, to which the village belonged. The chief represents Normandie.
