Ecartelé, au 1er d'azur, au lion d'or appuyé sur une tour d'argent maçonnée, ouverte et ajourée de sable; au 2° de gueules, à deux tours d'or jointes par un entremur du même le tout maçonné et ouvert de sable, surmonté d'une balance d'argent; au 3° de gueules, à une colonne d'argent surmontée d'une couronne comtale d'or; au 4° de sinople, à une croix haute de sable soutenue à dextre par un lion d'or et à senestre par un agneau d'argent.
