In Weiss auf grünem Dreiberg grüne Tanne, die von gewendeter schwarzer Bärentatze aus dem linken Schildrand gehalten wird.
Origin/meaning
The arms show a bear's claw holding a pine tree. The claw is derived from the arms of the Canton of Bern, to which the village belonged until 1798. The pine tree is a symbol for the 'In Tann' area, which means 'In the pine tree', and thus is a canting symbol.
