D'azzurro, al braccio vestito di rosso, con la mano di carnagione, tenente il ramoscello di quercia, posto in palo, di verde, munito di cinque foglie, due per parte, la quinta centrale sulla sommità dello stesso, ghiandifero di due, una e una, d’oro, alternanti le foglie laterali; al capo d’oro, caricato dall’aquila di nero, coronata con corona all’antica di tre punte visibili, dello stesso.
