EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING SERVICES BRANCH, AGC, BRITISH ARMY
History: Formed 1845 as the Corps of Army Schoolmasters, which in 1920 was replaced by the Army Educational Corps. Which in 1946 was granted the prefix Royal. The R.A.E.C became on 6 April 1992 the Educational and Training Branch of the Adjutant-General's Corps.
Official blazon
A fluted flambeau of five flames (the emblem of learing); thereon , below the flames a crown, and below the crown a scroll inscribed "E.T.S"
