Badge: Per fess Azure and barry wavy Argent and Azure thereon a Cape Breton schooner Gules sails and pennant Or a chief dancetty Argent.
Motto: FRITHEILIDH SINN.

Origin/meaning

The badge features a Cape Breton schooner which is drawn from the Arms of the Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Sydney), the Battalion’s affiliated city. The design includes stylized mountains recalling the Cape Breton highlands the Atlantic Ocean. The Motto translates as "We will serve".
