In from of two hunting horns in saltire Or a rose argent barbed and seeded sable.
Motto : Tally ho
Origin/meaning
The Hunting Horns symbolises the Role as a Fighter Squadron. The Rose alludes to Yorkshire. The Motto is the Call made by British Fox Hunters.
The badge was approved in August 1941.
