35TH AEROSPACE MEDICINE SQUADRON, US AIR FORCE

History: Constituted as 35 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 25 August 1994. Activated on 1 October 1994. Redesignated as 35 Operational Medical Readiness Squadron on 30 September 2020.
