History: Constituted as 2 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 26 August 1994. Activated on 1 September 1994. Inactivated on 1 July 2001. Activated on 30 July 2007. Redesignated as 2 Operational Medical Readiness Squadron on 20 August 2019.
