English Version 1936 : White on a St George's Cross red a profile of King George V gold.

Version 1940: Blue the Imperial Chyper of King George V ensigned by the Royal crown proper.

Origin/meaning

Both Badges allude to the King after wich the Ship is Named. They where approved 1936 and 1940.
