Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on April 15, 2014.

The lynx is a canting symbol, the name is derived from the Slavic Rys'ov, and rys is lynx. The lynx is coloured red, as rys- as adjective can also mean red.

The base shows a a geographical feature in the municipality, a small slope with two connected ponds.
