LA LLAGOSTA

Region : Catalonia
Province : Barcelona

Escudo de La Llagosta/Arms (crest) of La Llagosta
Official blazon
Spanish blazon wanted
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on ??.

Canting arms: they show a "llagosta" (Catalan for locust, grasshopper). The base shows the royal arms of Catalonia-Aragon (four red pales on gold), because Sant Fost de Campsentelles (in which municipality La Llagosta was included until 1945) belonged to the Crown.
