507TH MEDICAL SQUADRON, US AIR FORCE

History: Constituted as 507 USAF Infirmary on 20 June 1955. Activated on 18 August 1955. Redesignated as: 507 USAF Dispensary on 8 May 1957; 507 USAF Hospital on 1 November 1960. Inactivated on 30 September 1968. Redesignated as 507 Tactical Dispensary on 4 May 1972. Activated in the Reserve on 20 May 1972. Redesignated as: 507 Tactical Clinic on 1 April 1973; 507 Tactical Hospital on 1 October 1989; 507 Medical Squadron on 1 November 1990.
