NO 1832 SQUADRON, FAA

History: First formed in 1943 at HMS Gannet asa Fighter Squadron for Escort Carriers. Disbanded in 1944 and reformed as a Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve Squadron at Royal Naval Air Station Culham (HMS Hornbill) 1947-1957 with Seafires.
