A hinds head affrontee proper erased at the neck between two wings elevated and conjonied in base Or.
Origin/meaning
At time of the Granting of the badge in March 1936, the Squadron was flying Hawker Hind Aircraft, which is symbolised by the Hind's Head and Wings. A simliar design had also been used earlier by the Squadron.
