Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on January 18, 199 (Scotland) and registered in Canada on March 27, 2021.

The phoenix, representing renewal and resurrection, is a common symbol used by insurance companies. The book symbolizes the educational mandate of the Institute. The maple leaf symbolizes Canada. The black bear is taken from the crest of the province of Ontario.
