În fond de azur se află trei ciorchini de aur, cu frunze verzi. Cantonul din dreapta sus este de hermină. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint, cu un turn crenelat.

The arms were officially granted on October 14, 2004.

The grapes refer to the importance of the local vineyards. The free canton of ermine, a royal symbol, refer to the ownership of some of the vineyards by Constantin Brâncoveanu, Prince of Wallachia between 1688 and 1714.
