LUPENI (HUNEDOARA)

Official blazon
Un scut tăiat. În partea superioară, pe fond roșu, este reprezentat un lup de aur. În partea inferioară, pe câmp albastru, se văd creste de munți, de argint, pe care broșează într-un scut albastru însemnele mineritului - două ciocane încrucișate -, negre. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint, formată din trei turnuri crenelate.
