ȘIPOTE
District/county (județ) : Iași
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on May 30, 2007.
The main symbols are taken from the coat of arms of Luca Arbore, hetman and foreman of Suceava during the reign of Stephen the Great.
The 3 fountains signify the conventional sign for the springs, referring to the name of the locality.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
