Escudo de vermelho, cegonha hidráulica de ouro, realçada de negro, entre duas trompas de caça de prata, encordoadas de ouro, a da dextra volvida; em chefe, ovelha de prata, passante, realçada de negro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ VALE DE AFONSINHO “.
