Argent, a cross pommetty gules between four fountains.

Origin/meaning

The heraldic fountains on silver fields are canting. The four springs also represent the four Gospels, the fountains of the Christian Faith. The red cross, with the arms terminating in a single ball, the Cross of Saint-Michael, represent the Archangel Patron of the diocese.
