Arms: Barry Or and azure, on a pale argent a leopard's face azure between two acorns slipped and leaved proper.
Crest: On a wreath of the colours, Out of a mercantile crown Or, the sails argent, a dexter cubit arm in armour proper, holding a scroll argent.
Supporters: On the dexter side a griffin Or, winged azure, charged on the wing with a tower Or, and on the sinister side a sea griffin likewise Or, winged azure, charged on the wing with an anchor Or.
