Selected collector's items from Germany:

ASSELFINGEN

State : Baden-Württemberg
District (Kreis) : Alb-Donau Kreis

Asselfin.jpg

Official blazon

In Silber ein schwarzes Fallgatter mit fünf Zähnen und zwei Querstäben und ohne Ringe und Ketten.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on 1928.

The arms are based on the seal of Hans von Auslabingen from 1429. As the colours of the arms on the seal were not known, it was decided to take the colours of the city of Ulm, as the city owned most of the village since the 17th century.
