Cortado: 1° de sinople, la colmena de oro, 2° de azur, el ancla de plata. Orla de plata con cuatro instrumentos agrícolas para aricar la tierra. Al timbre, orona Real cerrada.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on June 14, 1985.

The beehive is symbolizing agriculture, the anchor coasts and beaches. The tools on the bordure are canting; these tools were used in order to loosen the soil (aricar).
