====Origin/meaning====
The arms were officially granted on January 27, 1959.
 
The horseshoe was the village sign of Teutschenreuth, which was incorporated into Neureut in 1935. The colours are those of [[Baden (State)|Baden]] and the shield is divided to symbolise the two former municipalities.
