Escudo de prata com um rodízio de vermelho saínte de um rio de três faixas ondadas de azul. Em chefe um disco de azul carregado por um sol de ouro de dezasseis pontas, sendo oito rectilíneas e oito ondeantes, acompanhado por um molho de três espigas de ouro, sustido e folhado de verde, e por um cacho de uvas de púrpura, sustido e folhado de verde. Coroa mural de cinco torres de prata. Listel branco com dizeres : " CIDADE DE FAFE ", a negro.
