Official blazon
Escudo de vermelho com um castelo de prata aberto e iluminado do campo, tendo a torre central carregada por uma quina das armas de Portugal. O castelo acompanhado por dois cachos de uvas de púrpura assentes em parras de ouro em chefe de um crescente de prata e um sol de ouro. Em contra-chefe uma ponte de prata realçada de negro, aberta de três arcos e assente em quatro faixas ondadas, duas de azul e duas de prata. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda de negro : " VALENÇA ".
