Escudo de azul, rochedo de prata realçado de negro, movente de campanha diminuta ondada de prata e verde de três tiras; em chefe, bilha de leite de prata, entre uma espiga de trigo à dextra e uma espiga de centeio à sinistra, ambas de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ FAJÃ GRANDE “.
