I fält av guld en från ett grönt treberg uppväxande grön lind med fem grenar, vardera med två blad och en röd ros utan foderblad.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on April 6, 1951.

The arms show a canting linden tree on a hill (berg). The five roses and ten leaves are the symbol for the Bishop of Lund, Birger Gunnersen (bishop 1497-1519), who used a similar arms with as theme the five wounds of Christ and the Ten Commandments.
