Escudo de prata, com uma torre torreada de azul e iluminada do campo, sobre um monte de penhascos, de negro, realçados de verde. A torre acompanhada de dois ramos de três espigas de trigo, atados de vermelho, em ponta. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com os dizeres: " PENELA ", de negro.
