Escudo de prata, monte de verde rematado por uma oliveira do mesmo, frutada de ouro e carregado de uma ovelha passante, de prata; em chefe, uma cruz da Ordem do Templo e outra da Ordem de Cristo. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: "RABAÇAL - PENELA".
