Ecartelé, aux 1 et 4 parti au 1 chevronné d'or et de gueules de douze pièces, qui est d'Egmont; au 2 d'argent à deux fasces bretessées et contrebretessées de gueules, qui est d'Arckel; aux 2 et 3 parti au 1e d'azur au lion contourné d'or couronné de même, armé et lampassé de gueules qui est de Gueldre; at 2 d'or au lion de sable armé et lampassé de gueules qui est de Juliers; sur le tout: écarte1é, aux 1 et 4 d'argent au lion de sable armé et lampassé de gueules, qui est de Tiennes; aux 2 et 3 de gueules à une étoile à 8 rais d'argent, qui est de Baux. L'écu surmonté d'une couronne à trois fleurons et deux groupes de perles.
