Ar sudrabu un zaļu skaldītā laukā divi ozoli, kas izaug no pamatnes, no viena uz otru. Galvā vairodziņš: melnā laukā uzslējies sudraba zirgs (Ilūkstes pilsēta); sudraba šaurapmale.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted in 2007.

The arms show in the chief the former arms of Ilūkste town. The two oak trees represent the different parishes, merged in 2003. The bordure is a common symbol for a municipality.
