Arms of Nørre-Rangstrup

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted in 1959 to Agerskov and continued in 1970 by the new municipality.

The arms show an oak tree as a typical symbol for the forests in the municipality. It also represents the -skov (forest) part ofthe name. The ravens are taken from the seal of the former Nørre-Rangstrup hundred. Rangstrup meaning ravens village.
