Escudo de prata, âncora de vermelho, carregada de um coração de ouro no cruzamento do cepo, entre dois golfinhos de negro, realçados de ouro, afrontados e brocantes num mar ondeado de cinco faixetas, três de verde e duas de prata. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ VILA DE PAÇO DE ARCOS “.

The arms were officially granted on January 22, 1998.
